DIY Rustic Mountain Wedding

This DIY rustic mountain wedding was inspired by a series of handmade paper from Share Studios.

The #DesignYourDreamInvites challenge is a design prompt by Karla Chew of Written Word Calligraphy. This particular couple is having a wedding on a mountain resort lodge and wanted a rustic, warm, and free/fun wedding suite.

I knew I wanted warm and rustic color and luckily, I had some homemade paper from Share Studios. These were her “not so good” paper so I knew I wanted to use them for practice.

To create an even more rustic look, I used up-cycle chiffon ribbons with dried flowers. It brings together this whole up-cycle look to the whole suite.
